Sometimes, when we walk into a wedding day, we know it’s going to be great. That was Ashley and Jamal’s big day at the gorgeous St. James 1868 in Milwaukee! It was bursting with love, energy and … style. Seriously, these two were really cool.

From the get-go, it was clear Ashley & Jamal, and all their guests, were ready to celebrate on a holiday weekend. With a huge, fun-loving wedding party and their families by their side, the atmosphere was electric. One of the most memorable parts of their ceremony was Ashley’s brother officiating – talk about a personal touch that truly warmed everyone’s hearts!

When I asked Ashley and Jamal about their favorite moments, they said their First Look and their First Dance. Ashley summed up their First Look, saying it was “getting to have that ‘alone’ time with Jamal, or at least felt like just us in the moment.” And their First Dance? It kicked off a killer dance party full of pushups (yes), dancing (of course) and espresso martinis (why not).
