Marisa & Casey are married!
Our trek to Chicago on Labor Day weekend was smooth as butter. We didn’t realize it at the time but our time in the Windy City would be the same! Marisa & Casey’s wedding went off without a hitch. Big thanks to Meredith of Blue Fancy Events.
Marisa & Casey had a unique celebration that tied in many jewish traditions. They got ready separately but came together for a First Look. They laughed until they were pulled apart for the Tisch. After Casey and the gentleman danced through the streets of Chicago, these two signed the Ketubah.
My favorite part of the day was the Ketubah signing. It was the first moment that everything became very real and we were surrounded my our closet family and friends for that intimate moment..

The most exciting part of their day at the historic Rookery? Marisa & Casey’s first dance. For months they practiced a choreographed dance that brought the house down! These two had non-stop energy on their wedding day. There were tons of moving parts and it all went together like clockwork.
I think the overall energy of the day was important, someone mentioned to me that they were just trying to keep up with Casey and me. We wanted high energy from the cocktails to dancing and I think that came through in lots of joy and excitement all night.

Congratulations Marisa & Casey!
