Shortly after getting engaged, the planning begins. You pick the date, the venue, the perfect dress, your wedding party and all the details. You want it to be perfect because it’s most likely going to be the biggest celebration you ever plan. You cannot, however, plan for the weather. I know it sounds cliche saying that but it’s certainly true.
If the weather is crummy, you have to make a decision; you can dwell on inclement weather or you can enjoy your day as if the sky was blue and the sun was shining down upon you.
Kristin and Mark were faced with that decision and chose the latter. The weather was terrible. It rained and rained but at one point Kristin looked at us and said, “we are game for whatever you want to do.” How can you argue with that attitude?!
A little rain and an open mind went a far way on their special day. We love our clients with that mindset.
