As with any line of business, some days are easier than others.  Last Saturday was one of those days.

Whenever I start working with a new couple, I always recommend an engagement session to start things out.  Why?  Because not only will you get a nice photograph of yourself, but it’s a great opportunity to get to know each other.  Also, it helps get all the awkwardness out of the way.  Let’s face it, getting your picture taken can be awkward.  If you get that out of the way,you’ll be a lot more at ease on your wedding day.

We really  had a good time out there on Saturday and I appreciate that Alicia and Josh let me experiment with a lot of dumb ideas that didn’t turn out.   They’ll be getting married next April at the Villa Terrace & Charles Allis Museum.  Enjoy!
