This past weekend we had a weekend off so I decided to visit my friends Ang and Steve in Seattle.  The plan was really to have no plan at all.  On Friday, Steve and I hiked up to Lake Twenty Two about 2.5 miles from the trail-head.  Most impressive though was the fact that their 12lb mini-dachshund, Desta, hiked with us the entire way.  It was very extraordinary!

Besides the hike, the trip was mostly relaxing and a good break before our wedding season really kicks off in a few weeks.  Enjoy the pictures!
