Rebecca & Phil are married!

It feels like we met Rebecca & Phil five years ago. In retrospect, it was November of 2018. Since then, they got a dog, they bought a home together. We had a baby. The world is fighting it’s way through a global pandemic.

Rebecca & Phil held onto their original date of April 25, 2020 as long as they could. Everyone was hoping “things” would turn around and we could resume normalcy. Well, with the state mandates, they decided to push their date back to July 25, 2020. They drastically scaled the day back and plan to have a big celebration in April of 2021.

These two handled the circumstances with so much grace and patience. Their calm, cool and collected attitudes made their day. Although it looked pretty different than how it was originally planned, they both said the ceremony was their favorite part.

COVID-19 did a number on our wedding. We postponed our 250 wedding once and while thinking of postponing a second time decided to hold an intimate ceremony and dinner with 34 guests. It was a beautiful and magical day, but a little bittersweet not having everyone there to celebrate. We are so excited to host our larger even in 2021!
