Leading up to their wedding day, Lisa and Dan said many times they wanted the day to reflect them personally. Sometimes, though, wedding days get away from the couple. Focus is spent too much on details, what other people think and eventually, the day gets a little away from them. When we started talking about their wedding about a year ago, they told us they definitely wanted two things at their wedding that reflected them the most. Good food and good music. What else could you ask for?! And luckily for their guests and us, they delivered.
They started their celebration at St. Hedwig’s, a Milwaukee East Side staple, and later joined their guests at Turner Hall Ballroom. It’s probably our favorite venue in Milwaukee to photograph at. It’s fairly easy to see why too. It has such a unique look and feel, completely unmatched by any venue around here.
After a delicious dinner, the band played late into the night and rumor has it, Lisa and Dan joined them on stage for the encore. Here’s how we saw their fabulous day:

3. Enjoy the day, it flies by!”
