Laura & Justin are married!
Although Laura & Justin met in Chicago, got engaged in Door County, they decideon Stoughton, Wisconsin for their beautiful wedding. Stoughton is a small town located southeast of Madison.
The Lageret in Stoughton is a gorgeous brick warehouse built in 1885. It operated as a tobacco warehouse until the late 1960s. After that, it was given life by machinery companies, a mall, and even a speakeasy. Today, the history of the building serves as a stepping stone for couples on their wedding day! It’s the start of a new chapter with so much history behind it.
Laura & Justin said their favorite part of the wedding day was “[The] First Look: being able to have an intimate, quiet moment together. It was nerve-wracking not being with the person you want to be with for so long, and seeing the other person was such a relief.”
When we asked them to share some advice to future couples, they each had unique things to say.
Don’t put your suit on too early. Wait until the bride is ready and TJ tells you to put it on (groomsmen included).
