One of the great parts of photographing weddings, is that every wedding is different. Couples get excited and prioritize different things, and that’s exactly what makes weddings great.

Kelsey & Jim said they thought the ceremony would be the most overwhelming but it ended up being the absolute best part of the day. Kelsey said, “It truly felt like it was just Jim and I despite being in front of everyone we love. I’ll always remember how it felt looking at each other.” Jim also favored “the first kiss and walking down the aisle with everyone cheering.”

Then, to top it all off, the bridge went up and boats honked right as they were walking down the aisle! A true summer-in-Milwaukee moment.

Although couples always have different favorite parts of the day, one thing people always mention after the wedding is how fast it all goes. Kelsey said, “…everyone always says it but take moments to really take it all in. It goes FAST and I wish I had stopped and taken more time to soak it all up. It’s a blur.”
