Kelly & Brent are married!

All the best relationships begin in a bar. Right? Maybe TJ & I are biased 🙂 Kelly & Brent met during Pharmacy School at UW-Madison. Even though they were paired up for group projects, their love didn’t blossom until they were at Chasers for a few After School Specials.

What’s best about Kelly & Brent is, if you’d asked us before knowing, I’d say they met through friends. Their friend groups meld together like they’ve known each other forever. This friend group has been featured on our blog several times. Actually, at Kelly & Brent’s wedding, we counted five other couples that we have photographed! How cool is that?

Kelly & Brent both said their favorite part of the day was seeing each other for the first time. “(Our favorite part of the day was) for sure seeing each other for the first time. You don’t understand how special that moment is until it happens.” They also loved seeing their guests for the first time!

(We were surprised) when we turned around the corner and saw how many people were at our wedding. It was amazing to see how many family and friends wanted to get together to see us get married!

To future couples, they had great advice. “Share the responsibility with your partner and close family/friends who offer to help. They truly do want to help and be involved in some way and it can really take stress off of you. Enjoy and have fun during all of the planning and the day! Everyone says it goes by super fast, but when you have fun and enjoy yourself through it, it makes it all worth it.”
