Britani & Adam are married!
High school sweethearts turned husband & wife! Britani & Adam were married at their local Oshkosh church then held the reception at the beautiful Paine Art Center. It was our first time there and we hope it was the first of many!
When Britani was a junior in high school, Adam was a sophomore. After their Spanish class together ended, they said hola again a year later as each others homecoming dates. They even let us recreate a homecoming pose and it wasn’t awkward at all. Okay, maybe a little bit. There was running involved.
On our way up to Oshkosh for their wedding day, we had sprinkles of rain here and there. The forecast kept bouncing back and forth between clear skies and drizzles. As chances have it, when it came time for their First Look, the rain began to fall pretty heavily. With some flexibility and the help of Adam’s parents acting as Britanis personal chauffeur, we pushed the First Look back by fifteen minutes and waited out the rain. Their advice to future couples is: “Expect for things to go wrong and make the best of it when they do.” We’ve said it many times: being flexible is key to making your wedding day go smoothly! Britani & Adam rolled with the punches and had one of the prettiest wedding days yet.
After the rain subsided, we had Paine Art Center to ourselves and Britani & Adam has a magical first look under the tree where they took their homecoming photos (we didn’t know this at the time). The scene was perfect with the blooming white trees! They said, “(The First Look) was one of the most special times we spent together on our wedding day.”
They also favored their First Dance together. They sang to each other, spun each other around and radiated joy.
Felicidades Britani & Adam! 😉
