Jazmin & Brittney are married!
Sometimes I ask people if they remember their last MySpace song. I think it’s a very layered question. For Brittney, her last song was Paper Planes by MIA. Jazmin’s was Lollipop by Lil Wayne. What better than learning Brittney & Jazmin’s MySpace song? Knowing they MET on MySpace!
Their first date was at Oakland Gyros on Milwaukee’s east side in 2010. They’ve waited 12 years to get married. Two of those years were during the pandemic when they said “our love grew and thrived.”
Jazmin & Brittney’s wedding day was so thoughtful. They thought of every detail from the disco balls to every single person who walked through the door – including vendors.
Their makeup artist, Alta, is a childhood friend of Brittney’s who recently started her own business! They discovered Rachal’s bootyful art while picking up weekend snacks at Ruby’s Bagels. Jazmin & Brittney are huge fans of Marbella, who performs all over Milwaukee. They said “She is beautiful and such a nice approachable person. She always has a smile on her face. We are big fans of drag and it’s an art form so incorporating it into our plans was a natural decision.”
Jazmin & Brittney went on to say, “Everything we picked went so well together from photography to signature drinks, to music, surprise drag performance, booty portraits, and everything in between! If we could do it all over again we wouldn’t change a thing!”
We’re so thrilled these two found us on instagram months before they even got engaged. “A partnership that was written in the stars.” HA – their words, guys but we can’t help but share!
Congratulations Brittney & Jazmin!
