Just six-months after dating, Wisconsin-native Emily and Kansas-native John packed up and moved to New York City after graduation from MIAD.  They admitted, at first, the big city was a bit tough to take in but now, they consider it home.  Actually, they just purchased their first home so it looks like they’re there for the long haul!

Recently, we had the opportunity to travel to NYC and take their engagement photos.  They navigated us to some of their favorite spots including a wall mural they painted near their home, the eclectic neighborhood of Williamsburg, and the Brooklyn Bridge.  We saw some really awesome things which we wouldn’t have without their guide.  Thank you for having us out, Emily and John!

We’re really looking forward to their wedding at the South Shore Pavilion this upcoming August!
