Congratulations Lauren & Chris!

When Lauren & Chris began looking for wedding venues, they stopped after their first appointment. They instantly fell in love with City View Loft in Chicago’s west loop. Coincidently, City View Loft had one date in 2019 open. It just so happened to fall on St. Patrick’s Day weekend. They said, “ah, it’ll be fine.”

After Lauren & Chris’s First Look, we ventured out downtown for a little city action. Lauren & Chris said, “Taking pics downtown around all the St. Patty’s day chaos was fun.” The green blurs of people were mostly polite and high-fived the bride & groom. They shouted well wishes and hooted. It was actually really entertaining. While the river wasn’t green quite yet, we did find a green bus lane… equal contribution, right?? 😉

Lauren & Chris said their favorite part of the day was, “sitting at the sweetheart table taking it all in and realizing everyone was there for us.” They also said “Everything went even better than planned – no mishaps and only good surprises!”

Their advice to future couples is: “Do your best to take a step back and enjoy every piece of the day. And as Shannon would say – don’t forget to have a drink! :)” Quilty.
