Through weddings, we have met some pretty fantastic people.  However, it never ceases to impress us when paths cross.  When we sat down to meet Emma & Matt late last week, Emma said “hey, you’re photographing my college roommate’s sister’s wedding tomorrow.”  Say what, Bueller?  It turns out, Emma’s college roommate, Michelle, is the little sister to Theresa, our October 2 bride.  Neigher Emma nor Theresa knew they both had us photographing their big days (both at Gesu and the Milwaukee Athletic Club)!   You’ll meet Michelle in a few weeks when we post Theresa’s wedding.  You’ll also see her again, standing up for Emma.  This big world sure feels small sometimes!

Emma and Matt met while attending Marquette. After Matt’s graduation, he moved to Chicago where he was offered a job.  It’s also “home” to him.  Emma will follow suite in a few short months.  Because it’s where they will plant themselves, we hopped down to Chicago for their engagement session.

Their upcoming June wedding will be awesome.  As we walked around Chicago, these two were all smiles and didn’t say “no” to any of our ideas.  It cannot get better than that!
