Sometimes, no matter how many times you open the weather app, the rain comes anyway. It’s very rare there is a wash-out day, where we get no breaks from the open sky. This happened on Megan & Carters day! Although the weather was a little gloomy, these two rocked the “go-with-the-flow” mentality. It was crucial for their wedding at the Pritzlaff in Milwaukee.
As we dodged raindrops Megan & Carter remained calm and happy. They embraced the weather and held each other tighter. Their smiley faces lit up the room, even on a gloomy day. Inside the Pritzlaff, the atmosphere was warm and inviting with soft candles to make it feel extra cozy.
Megan & Carter exchanged private vows at their First Look, and had a more traditional ceremony in the Pritzlaff covered courtyard. Cocktail hour and reception was held inside Room 325. The rain even held off a little bit in the evening, so we were able to get to the rooftop for sunset photographs.
Love shines bright, even on a rainy day! Congratulations Megan & Carter!
