Elizabeth & Logan are engaged!
We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again: our job is very cool. We’re so lucky to call this our JOB! TJ and I have been photographing weddings together for nine years! Through those nine-years we’ve meet some awesome, awesome people. When we get down to the brass tacks of things, it’s funny to realize how many of our couples are connected.
Elizabeth (or friends fondly refer to her as “E”) knows a more than a couples who have graced our blog in the past. She knows most of them from her soccer career at Marquette! And although Logan didn’t go to Marquette, the two of them met through mutual friends after one of Logan’s soccer games at MSOE (I’m sensing a common theme here). E says their first date was a Collectivo by the Lake. Logan says it was at Nomad Pub. Regardless – E says she’s the one who got HIS number!
For their engagement session we met then down by the Milwaukee river and cruised along the lakefront with them. These two are getting married next June at the Basilica of Saint Josaphat where Logan’s parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles have all gotten married. How cool!
