Cory & Mike live in Nashville now, but they both grew up in Wisconsin. Before moving, they lived in Whitefish Bay right down the street from Klode Park. When it came to picking their ceremony location, they followed their heart and went with one of their favorite places in the world.

They said, “plan what you love and what makes you happy – don’t focus on the details you ‘should’ have for a wedding, focus on the things you love!”

Looking out at all their guests at Klode Park was one of their favorite memories. Can you imagine how much their hearts swelled? Having all their favorite people in their favorite place?

After their ceremony, officiated by Mike’s sister, the group headed to Harbor House for an incredible cocktail hour and dinner. They loved the emotional toasts from their guests, especially Cory’s father.

To top off the evening, guests were served the best cake in town from The Cake Lady. Although The Cake Lady (formally known as Cecelia) is Mike’s sister, it really is the best cake!
