WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME? 
In total, please allow 7 weeks for turnaround. Design time and proofing generally takes 2-3 weeks. Once your all of your designs are approved, the printing timeline is another 2-3 weeks. Shipping, after all items are printed and inspected is 1 week. This is a general timeframe. 


DO I GET TO SEE PROOFS DURING THE DESIGN STAGE?
Yes. Once you provide the necessary wording and information, you will be sent digital proofs via email. These are provided in the form of a PDF. Once you have okayed your digital proofs, you will be emailed an approval form for review and signature. You'll also be sent an invoice for any remaining balance on your order. Once the proof approval and paid invoice is received, we can begin production on your order. The turnaround time at the printer is 2-3 weeks.


HOW MANY ROUNDS OF REVISIONS ARE INCLUDED?
Each order includes three rounds of proofs/revisions. Any additional rounds will incur a design fee of $25 per proof.


DO YOU DO ENVELOPE PRINTING?
Yes. We offer digital guest address printing on the main envelope on all envelopes. 


DO YOU DO MATCHING ITEMS LIKE MENU, PROGRAM?
Yes. These items may not be displayed within the collections but they are most certainly available. Just ask!


WHAT KIND OF PAPER IS THE SUITE PRINTED ON?
A white matte 100# coverstock is the standard paper, unless specified otherwise. Beautiful 100% cotton paper is available with an additional upgrade of $1.50 per card. Please inquire about this as each job is unique.

CAN I DO FOIL?
At this time, we cannot print foils. Metallics will be printed as a matte color. Gold will be a tan/yellow. Silver a medium gray. And copper will be a rust color. Metallics do not print digitally.


WILL MY CARDS COME ASSEMBLED?
Invitation suites will be shipped flat and unassembled. We do offer assembly service based on availability; please contact us for more information.


FINALLY, DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS?
Yes, a non-returnable $200 deposit is required to begin. This deposit will be applied to your final invoice. Remaining payments are due before printing begins. The invoice will be emailed to you along with your final proof
