Emily & Will are married!

A Sunday at The Ivy House is a treat. A Sunday at the Ivy House with Emily & Will was a double-treat. Like two desserts. It’s like glowsticks on your wedding day! Yeah, just like that.

As we drove to Emily & Will’s wedding on Sunday morning, we commented on the weather. Okay, we always do! But, this Sunday, in particular, was perfect. There wasn’t a cloud in the sky. I don’t know if there was the entire day! The patio at the Ivy House was the spot. How lucky are Emily & Will to have picked this perfect day, with their perfect friends and family to celebrate alongside them?

Emily & Will said their favorite parts of the wedding were reciting their vows, dancing with glowsticks, and the time they spent with just the two of them – taking photos by the lake. Although planning a wedding during a pandemic wasn’t fun (literally, they said if you can avoid it, do. 😂) but they didn’t let the stress overwhelm them. They gave the advice to future couples to not let the event take over and know it’s all worth it in the end!
